I have a project that uses Wemos D1 mini, a4988 driver and Nema 17 motor. when i run the end point from browser, it runs ok. But when I use it via http widget, using android, it struggles, doesnt move much . with browser, if it rotates 7 times, with http widget - 20 degrees. If you need connections, let me know. 5v supplied to wemos, 12v to a4988.

I'm working with a Wemos D1 Mini (esp8266) microcontroller, L298N H-bridge (for controlling the motor) and I'm using the Arduino IDE to program it all. The project is quite simple: make the car drive around via an virtual joystick on an app. The project is quite fun and a nice learning experience for me. The project is going pretty well until
The Wemos D1 can only be powered off of the micro-USB port. The two need to share a common ground to have reliable serial comms. The most direct way I can think of to do this is to find a 5V power supply and solder on a barrel connector and a micro-USB connector and power both boards from this single power supply.
Figure 3: 128*64 ST7920 LCD wired to a Wemos D1 mini. The sketch is the demo ‘Dino’ sketch that uses the library. The sketch uses a c-array prepared from a monochrome, 128 pixels wide and 64 pixels high ‘dino’ image. Because the Wemos has plenty of dynamic memory compared with an Arduino this c-array can reside in dynamic memory.
Wemos D1 Mini merupakan salah satu minimum system board (papan sistem minimum yang berbasis mikrokontroller ESP8266 seri ESP12E. Board ini didesain sekecil mungkin tanpa menghilangkan fungsi-fungsi dasar sebuah sistem minimum controller board, yakni I/O interface, pin power (5V/3.3V dan GND), pin reset dan port komunikasi (Wemos dilengkapi WIFI dan port USB micro). Dengan segala kelebihannya […]
This should do what you want. Basically this is looking at the board from the bottom so the pins are all swapped left to right. WeMos-D1-Mini-reversed-pins.fzpz (18.4 KB) Peter. GRenken May 14, 2022, 4:29pm 5. This part worked just fine. Thank you Peter. I am working on a sketch that uses a Wemos ESP8266 ESP-12F D1 Mini microprocessor. The pin
A wemos D1 mini in deep sleep consumes around 150~200uA. Much of this is the usb-serial chip, I suspect. The esp8266 itself uses only a few tens of uA in deep sleep. If your buck converter adds another 100uA to that, it's going to have a significant effect on battery life. PaulRB June 7, 2022, 7:30am 11.
Set the board to Wemos D1 mini pro; board: d1_mini_pro Adjust the UART section to invert the RX pin (removed TX pin config since it is not used). uart: id: uart_bus rx_pin: number: 3 inverted: true baud_rate: 115200 Put the .yaml file and the .h file in your esphome directory and upload.
